Education & Qualification
โ€ข Any Graduated, more prefer to holding in SHRM, HR Diploma or similar relevant field
Experience
โ€ข Minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources, minimum of 3 years of direct recruitment experience in Banking Industry
โ€ข Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
โ€ข Experience supporting the recruitment function
โ€ข Experience with applicant tracking systems on job portal and social networks for recruiting
โ€ข Experience with scheduling meetings using web-conference software (such as Zoom and Teams)

Job Description
โ€ข Assist HR Head and HR Managers in re-designing recruitment strategies and implementation
โ€ข Manage recruitment & selection process for Managers level and below
โ€ข Build Internal & external talent pools
โ€ข Manage Orientation program
โ€ข Process probationary review
โ€ข Assist to HR Manager in selecting, interviewing, recruiting.
โ€ข Screening applicantsโ€™ personal profiles about their experience, education and skills.
โ€ข Contact references and perform background checks.
โ€ข Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.
โ€ข Hire qualified candidates.
โ€ข Conduct new employee orientations.
โ€ข Compile and update employee records.
โ€ข Assist to HR Manager in training, developing, monitoring, and appraising job results.
โ€ข Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruiting, training, grievances, performance appraising etc).
