Job Summary:
The Social Media Page Administrator will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, and analyzing performance metrics. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement social media strategies: Create and execute social media plans aligned with business objectives, including content calendars, campaign strategies, and growth initiatives.
-Content creation and curation: Develop engaging and high-quality content, including text posts, images, videos, stories, and live streams, optimized for each platform. Curate relevant content from external sources.
-Community management: Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
-Foster a positive and interactive online environment.
-Social media advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
-Performance monitoring and analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
-Generate reports and provide insights to improve social media performance.
-Stay up-to-date with social media trends: Research and stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. -Recommend and implement new strategies to enhance social media presence.
-Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and achieve business goals.
-Manage social media budget: If applicable, manage the social media budget effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Social Media Administrator or similar role.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Website, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and their respective best practices.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Experience with social media advertising and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
-Creativity and a passion for social media.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Complete High School
