In order to use the MTB Card, you can apply for it with necessary documents by visiting the nearest branch of the MTB Bank.

MTB Cards can be used with the following types of bank accounts.  

• Current A/C (Customer) 

            (i)Individual 

• Excellent Current A/C (Customer) 

            (i) Individual 

• Current A/C (Non Resident) 

            (i) Individual 

• Savings Deposit (Customer) 

            (i) Individual 

            (ii) Senior 

• Excellent Savings Deposit (Customer) 

            (i) Individual 

• Call Deposit (Customer) 

            (i) Individual 

• Excellent (Special) Call Deposit (Customer)  

            (i) Individual 

Remarks:  If it’s within OD Limit, the current accounts which are overdrawn, can be used for the MTB Card service.

- Excellent accounts cannot be transferred.  

• You can use the MTB Cards for withdrawing cash in the ATM machines or depositing cash in the CRM machines with MPU logo attached all around the country.  
• You can also use the MTB Cards to make payments for the services and the commodities by making transactions through the POS terminals  with MPU logo attached all around the country.  
• You can also use the MTB Cards for online payments and transactions.

You can use the MTB Card on the other banks’ ATM machines thought MPU network. 

You don’t need to give service charges for using the MTB Card on the MTB ATM machines.

If you have doubts or suspicions that your MTB Card is lost, stolen or compromised in the data leaks, you should immediately report it by calling the Call Center (09682682682) or by having a visit to the nearest branch of Myanma Tourism Bank.  

If you forget the PIN Code of the MTB Card, you can reset it again by having a visit to the nearest branch of Myanma Tourism Bank. You will have to pay the specified amount for the service charges of resetting the PIN code of your MTB Card.

If you want to stop using the MTB Card, you can have a visit to the nearest branch of the Myanma Tourism Bank by bringing your MTB Card alongside with you and you can request to cancel it. 

If your MTB Card gets stuck in the ATM machine, you will have to pay a personal visit to the nearest branch of the Myanma Tourism Bank and you can submit a request form.

• You can check the transactions you’ve previously used by getting a mini statement via the ATM machines.  
• Or you can submit a request for the bank statement at the nearest branch of Myanma Tourism Bank by paying the specified amount for the service charges.

You can update your personal profile by bringing your MTB Card to the nearest branch of Myanma Tourism Bank and request for updating your personal profile.
