Other Bank Remittance (OBR)

OBR is a type of domestic remittance services of drawings and encashment among MTB branches and other local correspondent bank branches including special regions. Especially for special region remittance, it can be sent money according to specified amount from time.

  • Myanmar Oriental Bank (MOB)
  • Cooperative Bank (CB)
  • Myanmar Citizen Bank (MCB)
  • Innwa Bank Limited (IBL)

Requirements

  • Encashment is made by beneficiary’s NRC and then can be transferred to related account.
  • Drawing remittance fees is charged by the rate of respective bank.
