Trade Inward Remittance Required Documents
- Company Application: Letter issued on the company’s official letterhead.
- Commercial Invoice: Both original and copies.
- Packing List: Both original and copies.
- Country of Origin Certificate: Both original and copies.
- Bill of Lading: Shipping document from the carrier.
- Export Declaration: Customs export declaration form.
- SGS (Sea Guarantee Service): Document ensuring the cargo’s compliance and safety.
Non-Trade Inward Remittance Required Documents
(Capital Bought In, Working Capital, Investment, Commission Fees, Rental Fees, Donation Fees, Worker Remittance (Sea Farer)
- Company Application: Letter issued on the company’s official letterhead.
- CBM / MIC / DICA Approval: Original and copies of the approval permit.
- Company Registration: Copy of the company’s registration.
- Company Extract: Copy of the company’s official extract.
- Repayment Schedule: Original and copies of the repayment plan.
- Contract: Copy of the contract agreement.
- Invoice: Original and copies of the invoice.
- Organization’s Application: Letter issued on the organization’s official letterhead.
- Donation Proof: Documentation showing the donation nature (Original and copies).
- Appointment Letter: Official letter of appointment.

(2) Outward Remittance
MTB Bank’s overseas money transfer service ensures timely and reliable international transactions. Transfers to banks within MTB Bank’s network typically take 1 to 3 working days, while transfers to non-network banks may require up to 5 working days.
Trade Outward Remittance Require Document
- MTB Bank TT Form: Original form for the Telegraphic Transfer (TT) transaction.
- Company Application: Letter issued on the company’s official letterhead.
- Import License / Non-License Proof: Original and copy of the import license, or proof of non-licensing.
- Import Declaration / Release Order: Original and copy of the import declaration or release order.
- Commercial Invoice: Original and copy of the invoice detailing goods or services.
- Bill of Lading (BL) / Airway Bill / Cargo Receipt: Original and copy of the transport document for shipment confirmation.
- Packing List: Original and copy detailing the contents, weight, and packaging of the shipment.
Non-Trade Outward Remittance Require Document
- Application Form
- Cover Letter with Company Letter Head for Company Account
- Supporting documents (Invoice, contract, agreement, etc.… depends on purpose of remittance, for example – Education fee, Consultant fee, Tour fee, Freight charges and salary payments).
