Job Summary:
The Digital Channels Administrator will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, and analyzing performance metrics. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement social media strategies: Create and execute social media plans aligned with business objectives, including content calendars, campaign strategies, and growth initiatives. Oversee digital marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Post product and educational content regularly on social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, etc.). Create and manage creative content such as posts, videos, stories, and reels for banking campaigns.
-Content creation and curation: Develop engaging and high-quality content, including text posts, images, videos, stories, and live streams, optimized for each platform. Curate relevant content from external sources.
-Community management: Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
-Foster a positive and interactive online environment.
-Social media advertising: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
-Performance monitoring and analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
-Generate reports and provide insights to improve social media performance.
-Stay up-to-date with social media trends: Research and stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. -Recommend and implement new strategies to enhance social media presence.
-Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and achieve business goals.
-Manage social media budget: If applicable, manage the social media budget effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
•    2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
•    Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (Facebook Business Suite, TikTok Ads etc.).

•    Strong knowledge of social media content creation, campaign management marketing.
•    Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and tools .
•    Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging content for banking audiences.
•    Strong analytical and reporting skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
•    Ability to stay updated with digital trends, fashion industry dynamics, and platform algorithm changes.
