Monitor and report: on sales performance, providing regular updates to Manager and HOD on progress
towards goals and areas for improvement.
Developing Sales Strategies: Creating and implementing regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
Team Management: Leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales professionals to improve
performance and achieve targets.
Market Analysis: Monitoring regional market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Customer Relationship Management: with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing solutions to address them.
Performance Monitoring: Evaluating store and individual performances, and providing accurate sales
forecasts and reports to senior management.
Problem Solving: Addressing potential problems and suggesting prompt solutions.
Setting Sales Targets: Establishing and communicating sales goals and expectations to the team.
Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports on regional sales results to upper management.
Budget Management: Preparing and reviewing the annual budget for the area of responsibility.

Expansion Planning: Participating in decisions for expansion or acquisition and suggesting new services/products to increase customer satisfaction12.
Sales Meetings: Conducting regular meetings with the sales team to discuss performance, strategies, and market insights.
Field Visits: Visiting stores or clients to ensure sales strategies are being implemented effectively.
Collaborate with other departments: such as marketing, product development, and customer
