Experience: At least 2 year of experience in the Administration Field (Mainly Vehicle Section)

Job-Related Knowledge/Specific Skills:
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and employee transportation coordination.
• Ability to lead drivers and transportation support staff effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Well-organized with excellent teamwork and record-keeping abilities.

Duty & Responsibilities
1. Fleet Operations & Scheduling
• Systematic Dispatch: Manage daily vehicle assignments and driver scheduling for city, long-distance, and ferry routes.
• Punctuality Control: Enforce a “Zero Delay” policy for all trips and ferry schedules through proactive route monitoring.
• Efficiency Optimization: Continually review routes to minimize mileage, fuel wastage, and operational costs.
2. Driver Management & Discipline
• Compliance: Supervise driver attendance, working hours, and strict adherence to company policies and uniform standards.
• Safety & Training: Conduct periodic safety briefings and Defensive Driving training to maintain high safety standards.
• Discipline: Monitor and enforce driver conduct to ensure professional service and behavioral compliance.

3. Maintenance & Technical Oversight
• Technical Inspections: Oversee daily/weekly checks of fuel, fluids, tires, braking systems, and overall mechanical health.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute a rigorous maintenance schedule for engine oil changes and periodic servicing.
• Repair Supervision: Coordinate with external workshops to ensure high-quality, cost-effective repairs and replacement of parts.
4. Financial Tracking & Documentation
• Logbook Verification: Audit and sign daily driver logbooks and fuel consumption records for accuracy.
• Data Analysis: Calculate fuel-to-kilometer ratios and issue verified consumption slips to Management.
• Compliance Records: Maintain up-to-date vehicle registrations, insurance, taxes, and service histories.
5. Reporting & Incident Management
• Cost Accounting: Prepare monthly consolidated reports for each vehicle (fuel, repairs, and service costs).
• Risk Management: Lead the handling of accident reports, police coordination, and insurance claims.
