Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,Finance, Banking, Law, or a related banking field is preferred.

Duty & Responsibilities
- Review and perform timely screening of blacklist information received from the Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM), prepare and submit necessary responses, and promptly circulate relevant instructions to branches while maintaining proper records.
- Perform transaction monitoring and review activities, and maintain daily monitoring reports and records in a systematic manner.
- Review e-KYC accounts submitted by branches and input required information into the CBM regulatory system.
- Provide support in reviewing, coordinating, and responding to KYC questionnaires and related inquiries from local and international banks.
- Coordinate directly with branches regarding compliance-related matters, collect necessary information, and support the preparation of required compliance reports.
- Timely distribution of daily operational reports received from external vendors (technology or service providers) to relevant internal departments.
- Closely monitor and review the establishment and operational setup of Compliance Units at respective branches to ensure effective compliance oversight.
- Prepare comprehensive training materials and presentation slides to support knowledge sharing and training sessions on Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) awareness for employees.
- Provide necessary support and assistance to supervisors and senior management for special assignments and tasks assigned by Senior Management and executives.
- Manage departmental petty cash records, including preparation, handling, reconciliation, and monthly closing activities.
- Systematically arrange and coordinate travel expenses and related arrangements for departmental staff business trips.
