Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Duty & Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to expand business relationships with financial institutions.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential partner institutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and growth areas. Represent the department in industry events, meetings, and conferences when required.
- Assist in managing day-to-day departmental operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and operational performance, and support improvement initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of new products and services.
- Prepare and review management reports, presentations, and business updates.
- Lead or participate in departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify, assess, and monitor operational and credit risks related to financial institution relationships.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and internal control requirements.
