Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or
any related field. Master’s preferred.
Experience: At least 2–4 years as a Project Manager in banking or financial services IT projects.

Duty & Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution Support
• Support the planning, execution, and tracking of Core Banking initiatives, including system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and transformation projects.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Prepare management dashboards, KPI reports, and executive presentations for senior management, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Track and analyze project performance indicators, system performance metrics, and operational data to support data-driven decision-making
3. Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Business Units, ICT, Operations, Finance, Risk, and external vendors.
• Track project milestones, action items, risks, issues, change requests, and dependencies across all Core Banking initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
4. Project Governance & Compliance
• Support project governance processes, including project review cycles, steering committee meetings, release readiness assessments, and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensure Core Banking initiatives comply with internal policies, audit requirements, regulatory guidelines, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Assist in audit preparation and documentation management related to CBS projects.
5. Operational & System Improvement
• Identify operational inefficiencies and system performance gaps within the Core Banking environment.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving processing efficiency, system stability, service quality, risk controls, and customer experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Core Banking function.
