Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field. Experience in the banking industry or financial markets is preferred.
Job-Related Knowledge/Specific Skills:
- Knowledge of all local financial rules, regulations, instructions, and laws
- Skills in negotiations with external parties
- Strong Excel skills
- Spoken and written fluency in both Burmese and English

Duty & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with various business units to determine future Nostro usage and maintain sufficient balances.
- Prepare liquidity reports to showcase available funds every morning.
- Confirm and make placements in accordance with the bank’s liquidity calendar.
- To forecast and fulfill liquidity shortages
- Prepare the bank’s Usable Funds reports for all major currencies in use every morning.
- Ensuring the bank’s NOP (net open position) is within regulatory bounds and reporting excursions beyond
- Assembling the cash-flow ladders for currencies in use to forecast liquidity requirements daily
- Gathering data to meet requests from audits, both internal and external.
- Communicating with other banks for FX and money market deals
- Writing and publishing meeting minutes for all meetings,especially for ALCO
