Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in a corporate or multi-department environment.

Job-Related Knowledge/Specific Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes and best practices.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment, from manpower requisition to onboarding.
  • Proficient in CV screening, competency-based interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection.
  • Knowledge of job analysis, job descriptions, and competency requirements.
  • Ability in using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and recruitment databases.

Duty & Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
  • Source, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on manpower requirements and vacancies.
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and recruitment agencies.
  • Coordinate job offers, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Monitor recruitment timelines, targets, and prepare recruitment reports.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.
  • Lead and support the recruitment team to achieve hiring objectives.
