Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Technical Skills

SQL & Database Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced SQL proficiency across relational database platforms such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

Programming & Data Processing: Experience with programming languages and development frameworks such as Java, ASP.NET, and Python, including familiarity with open-source data processing and analytics libraries.

Integration & APIs: Experience with API development and system integration is preferred.

Job Description/ Responsibilities

Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain report templates, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions to meet business requirements.

Ad-hoc Reporting: Develop and deliver ad-hoc reports, analyses, and datasets based on business unit requests.

Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and timeliness of reports delivered to business users and management.

Query Optimization: Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support reporting requirements and improve system performance.

ETL & Data Management: Lead data migration activities, source-to-target mapping, ETL processes, data transformation, and data cleansing initiatives.

Data Validation: Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities to maintain data integrity across all reporting outputs.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Investigate, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies, report defects, and report-related issues raised by business users.

Channel & System Integration: Provide technical support for API development, system integration, and data exchange processes to ensure seamless connectivity between internal and external systems.

Business Support: Provide analytical and reporting support for business performance monitoring, operational reviews, and strategic decision-making initiatives.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.
