Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Job-Related Knowledge/Specific Skills:

  • Strong understanding of banking and financial institution operations.
  • Knowledge of credit/loan processes, account services, and transaction management.
  • Sound understanding of AML/CFT, KYC, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and internal control systems.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
  • Understanding of customer service standards and relationship management in banking.
  • Awareness of digital banking services and payment systems.
  • Knowledge of banking products, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Proficiency in the English language is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Duty & Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to expand business relationships with financial institutions.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential partner institutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and growth areas. Represent the department in industry events, meetings, and conferences when required.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day departmental operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and operational performance, and support improvement initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of new products and services.
  • Prepare and review management reports, presentations, and business updates.
  • Lead or participate in departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor operational and credit risks related to financial institution relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and internal control requirements.
  • Support the implementation of risk mitigation and control measures.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, including Supervisors and Assistants.
  • Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
