Purpose of Job

– Propose and prepare township level planning to increase merchants agents and wallet users.

– Collect market information and competitors’ activities.

-Collect feedbacks and suggestions from merchants, wallet users and agents.

Education

  • Bachelor Degree OR
  • Sales and Marketing related field

Experience

  • Experienced in acquiring/after sales services of agents, merchants and wallet users.
  • Experienced in Sales and Distribution.
  • Experienced in customer dealing.

Job Related Knowledge/ Specific Skills

  • Mobile financial service.
  • Management of acquiring and business.

Duties & Responsibilities

-Responsible to prepare the acquisition plan, route plan, and weekly POSMs requirement for the assigned townships.

– Acquisition: wallet users, merchants and agents as per targets set by TSM.

– Merchandising: Perform merchandising activities at the merchant/agents outlets

– Sales Visit: the territories (townships) to promote MTB PAY , provide customer support by building relationship .

– Cash Management: Responsible for managing cash and e-money operations in the assigned

Townships

– Arrangement: the sales training for the merchant/agents/wallet users acquisition teams and partners to be consistent with Sales & Distribution objectives.

-Leading: the Sales Associates (SAs) to drive their daily activities and to meet their performance .

– Keep record: of the proper usage of POSMs and check the brand visibility of MTB PAY at the merchants’/agent’s outlets

– Check all the data and information: in merchant /agent registration forms are filled up with the requirements of CBM’s KYC requirements

– Set the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): for the Sales Associate (Acquirer).

-Report: day-to-day activities of the teams: POSMs usage, Target and Achievement, merchants’

/agents /wallet users feedbacks and competitors’ activities in the market to TSM.

-Developing Sales Strategies: Creating plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

-Team Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising sales staff.

-Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients.

-Performance Monitoring: Analyzing sales data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

-Market Research: Keeping up with market trends and competitor’s activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

-Identifying Opportunities: Conducting market research to find potential acquisition targets.

– Due Diligence: Evaluating the financial and operational aspects of potential acquisitions.

-Negotiating Deals: Discussing terms and conditions with Partners.

-Strategic Planning: Aligning acquisitions and after sales services with the company’s long term goals and strategies.

-Sales Presentations: Preparing and delivering presentations to persuade potential clients to purchase products or services.

-Territory Management: Managing sales territories to ensure effective coverage and maximize sales opportunities.
